Emergency Callouts
When lifesaving or critical-care equipment breaks down, often it is essential that the
equipment is fixed then and there, as patients health may be at risk. Our company
specializes in fast response time to priority callouts. Our service staff are
available 24hrs a day and 7 days a week.

All medical equipment, large or small, must undergo routine preventative
maintenance. Equipment will also often fail at unexpected times. Our company
perform a wide range of routine maintenance and repairs on all types of medical
equipment. Hightech Labs offer a per-unit per-hour charging regime or a flat rate
monthly contract for overall services and repairs.
Electrical Safety Testing
Australian Safety Standards require all medical equipment to be Electrical Safety
Tested at least once every 12 months. For items with a high risk assessment (such as
ED portable equipment) the period is shorter. Hightech Labs provide a professional
and economical Electrical Safety Testing service as well as risk assessment of the
equipment's electrical compliance. We can either do the electrical safety testing as
a service itself or incorporate it into routine maintenance.
